The Viqua S36-QL Lamp/Sleeve Combo Kit for the Viqua S12Q-PA / SSM-39 / S24Q / S40Q / SUV 24-100P UV systems includes 1 UV Lamp (S36RL) and 1 Quartz Sleeve (QS-012). A lamp should be replaced annually and the sleeve should be replaced if they are cracked or chipped or if they remain cloudy or stained after cleaning.
